Due to the dynamic development of their operations, Trans-Chem entities are always interested in employing new employees. The requirements depend on the department and the position for which recruitment is currently underway.
A candidate for work in Trans-Chem should have such features as:

  • for drivers – experience in international transport, ADR qualifications, basic knowledge of a foreign language (English, German, French) is welcome.
  • for car mechanics – experience in a similar workplace, any additional permissions are welcome.
  • for carwash employees – punctuality, diligence and reliability.
  • for office workers – punctuality, diligence, responsibility for entrusted duties, general knowledge of computer, Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, communicative knowledge of English, French or Italian.

The conditions of employment

We always offer employment to new employees based on an employment contract. The first contract is always signed for a 3-month trial period. In the event of successful cooperation, the company signs a second employment contract with the employee, for a fixed period of 1 year. If further cooperation is also successful, the third contract is always an indefinite employment contract.
